Best D&I Initiative

We are delighted to announce that Raymond James UK won the Best D&I initiative award at the 2024 Professional Adviser Awards!

The award recognises our dedication to fostering diversity and inclusion within our organisation as well as the work we have undertaken whilst we continue to develop our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy in the UK.

LGBT Great – Top 100 Executive Allies

Raymond James UK is delighted to be recognised in the LGBT Great Top 50 Executive Allies, which features Raymond James UK Country Manager and CEO Peter Moores. Creating an environment where everyone can thrive is of key importance to us and we are deeply committed to supporting LGBTQ+ DE&I initiatives.

PIMFA Diversity & Inclusion Awards

The PIMFA D&I Awards celebrate and promote talent, diversity and inclusion in the wealth management, investment services and financial advice sector.

Raymond James Investment Services won the award for Best D&I Initiative (small/medium firms) at the 2022 Awards, and we were selected as a finalist in 2023 and 2024.

We’re thrilled for these recognitions, which acknowledge the work we have been involved in as we continue to build our DEI strategy in the UK.
