For new offices, we arrange a customised training day, which covers helpful topics such as account opening, gathering assets, client reporting, fee and commission processing, marketing, compliance, and an introduction to the Raymond James systems. Aside from learning valuable information, we also give you the opportunity to meet the teams who will be supporting you in the background.
As and when you are ready to hire new staff, they too can attend a training session. These are held on a monthly basis and are designed specifically for new hires at existing practices who work with us. This provides your new staff member an opportunity to put faces to names, and to get a comprehensive understanding of the middle office support we can provide.
Our Training team also provides valuable support on the Raymond James Trading and Rebalancing system.
Your systems set up call
Typically held after your training day, when you have been set up as a new systems user our Training team will schedule an online session with you to configure your screens whilst providing you with a personalised systems refresher.
